Toggle on and most units and buildings and upgrades will finish much faster in combat areas. This may at times also apply to non enemy forces that are not on your team. Toggle on and NON TEAM forces have very low health. Toggle on and the trainer will try to make the health of your forces very high. Toggle on and most units and spacecraft are invincible in battles. Toggle on and you have plenty of credits. Probably best to leave options off until they are needed.
